Waste Bay Retaining Walls
Our waste bay retaining walls are designed to provide durable, efficient solutions for waste containment and site organisation. With a range of flexible options, including panel bay dividers and free-standing walls, our precast concrete systems ensure easy installation and long-lasting performance for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
We manufacturer our wall panel bay dividers in three heights, 1000, 1200 & 1500 mm high and are 135 mm thick. We have stock sizes at 4572, 6000 & 6096 mm, mostly we manufacturer to customers length requirements. Our panels have incorporated M20 fixing sockets which have been tested, supplied with clamp fixing plates and bolts also include a tube of sealant.. Our wire patterns are designed to comply with BS xyz and are certificated. Other thicknesses are made to order 140 – 180 mm thick.
We have free standing dividing wall shaped like a capital A. They are designed to interlock together and can fix to the ground. They are 10 feet high and in 1 meter long segments, they come with lifting points to aid installation.
We have free standing dividing wall L shaped. They are designed to be free standing. They come in 1 & 2 meter long segments and usually 3 meters high but can be made to customers requirements, they come with lifting points to aid installation.
Sol-Wall block units are free standing units which can lock together to form a wall. These can be used as bay dividers or form a full bay. The lock method allows units to turn 90 degrees and form a bay. 0.6m, 1.2m or 1.8m units are designed to give a staggered vertical joint.
