Single cattle slats have a place in older farm cattle sheds, they can be easily carried and laid by hand. They are designed for cattle loading up to 12 feet or tractor load bearing to 11 feet. We manufacture in multiple of fives and may have some standard sizes in stock. Our slats are designed for your required load bearing by a team of qualified designers.
Double cattle slats manufactured mostly for replacements. Manufactured 200 mm deep and designed for cattle loading or tractor loading to your required length up to 3660mm (12ft) long. Notched ends manufactured to match maxi slat depth of 178 mm. Slats designed to your length and load bearing requirements.
Treble cattle slats are mostly for replacements but can also be used in new builds, 333mm wide and 200 mm deep, slats are designed for either cattle or tractor load bearing and can be manufactured to your required length up to 3660mm (12ft) long. Notched ends compatible with Maxi slat 178 mm available.
Maxi cattle slats are designed for farm cattle sheds where spans are less than 3000 mm, they are 1200 mm wide and 178 mm deep. Manufactured for cattle loading slat, up to 3660mm (12ft) long or tractor loading up to 3355mm (11ft) long.
Mega Cattle slats are an option in farm cattle sheds where big spans of 14 or 15 feet can be covered in one unit, they are 1.2 meter wide and are manufacture to order. We make 225 mm deep Mega slats which are designed for tractor load bearing. We offer notched end Mega slats to be compatible with our Big T slat at 200 mm deep. Our slats are designed for your required load bearing by a team of qualified designers.
Transverse cattle slats are used where the slat is spanning across the width. They are commonly used on slurry channels. Slats are designed for your required load bearing and length requirements.
Diagonal slat are ideal for tanks and slurry channels. Commonly used where slurry is scraped across the slat to speed the drop action through the slat. Slats designed to your required load bearing requirements.
Our slat hatch panels are designed to allow access to the slurry pit for a pump, the hole is 750 mm square hole and come with a galvanised lid. We do a 200 mm deep panel for the Big T range up to 4 meters long or 178 mm notched end to match our Maxi range up to 12 feet long. We offer a solid slab version, all our hatch panels are designed by our designers.
Big T cattle slats are common in farm cattle sheds, they are 1.2 meter wide and are manufacture to order. We make 200 mm deep Maxi slats and are designed for either cattle or tractor load bearing and can be manufactured to your required length up to 13 feet 6 inches long. We offer notched end Big T slats to be compatible with our Maxi slat at 178 mm deep. Our slats are designed for your required load bearing by a team of qualified designers.
