Precast Sheep Dipper
Our precast concrete sheep dippers are designed for straightforward installation, effective treatment, and long-term durability. Built as a sectional system, it allows you to configure the length or volume to suit your flock size, with a simple layout for safe entry and exit.
We have developed a modular, sectional sheep dipper system. It begins with a first down unit, which can include a suction recess for emptying and a slide to guide sheep into the tank. Standard sections are then added to create the required volume, followed by a last down unit to complete the structure. A ramp is fitted into the last down, allowing sheep to exit the dipper safely.
All joints are supplied with sealant and must be pointed on-site for a watertight finish. A level strip foundation is required to support the structure, ensuring proper joint alignment and reducing the risk of leaks.
