Park & garden wastes

Barr Environmental can accept all types of organic park and garden wastes, including trees, branches, hedge trimmings and grass cuttings.

Park and garden wastes are composted at our Garlaff facility in Ayrshire to produce an accredited soil improver product which is available to buy.

The composting of organic waste reduces the amount of biodegradable waste going to landfill and the demand for virgin soils, thus protecting natural habitats.
