Glass

Glass is a very useful product which can be recycled time and time again.

Various products around us contain recycled glass such a bottles and jars.  Others have a crushed down or powdered content, such as non slip surfaces on our highways. Reflective coatings, such as "white line" road markings can also contain glass, giving them their reflective quality.

Barr Environmental segregates and diverts glass from the mixed-waste stream, as well as through our community recycling centres.
